By approving a quote, scheduling service, placing a card on file, submitting payment, or allowing ABC Lawn Care Experts to access the property, the customer authorizes ABC Lawn Care Experts to perform the agreed service.

The customer does not need to be present unless specifically required or requested. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the property is accessible, prepared, and safe for service before the scheduled visit.

If access is blocked, gates are locked, pets are unsecured, vehicles or objects are in the way, or conditions prevent safe service, the visit may be skipped, rescheduled, adjusted, or subject to applicable fees.

A valid payment method on file may be required for most accounts and services. ABC Lawn Care Experts reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any completed services, unpaid balances, applicable fees, or approved charges.

For one-time jobs, payment terms are handled on a case-by-case basis. For most projects over $250, a 50% deposit may be required upon arrival and before work begins. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of service.

If the homeowner or responsible party is not present at the service property, a valid card on file or full payment prior to service completion may be required.

For recurring services, including lawn maintenance and scheduled snow removal, a card on file is required. Payment is due immediately upon completion of each visit unless autopay or another approved payment arrangement is already in place.

One-time snow removal follows the same payment terms as other one-time services. Payment is due immediately upon completion, and a card on file or prepayment may be required if the customer is not present.

For dumpster-style trailer rentals, no payment is required before arrival unless otherwise agreed.

At the time of trailer drop-off, the rental fee and a refundable deposit are due. The deposit helps cover disposal charges, potential damage, misuse, prohibited items, unpaid balances, overweight loads, or other applicable charges.

Disposal is handled after pickup and is billed separately based on actual landfill/disposal facility weight and fees. Disposal is prorated based on the facility rate and typically includes a 1-ton minimum charge.

After disposal is completed, the deposit is applied toward disposal and any applicable remaining charges. If the deposit is more than the final disposal or additional charges, the remaining balance will be refunded. If the final disposal or additional charges exceed the deposit, the remaining balance will be due.

A disposal receipt may be provided upon request.

Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and credit/debit card payments through the client portal or card on file. Card payments may be subject to a standard processing fee. Customers may use an approved non-card payment method to avoid card processing fees.

Autopay may be available through the client portal for approved recurring services.

By scheduling service with ABC Lawn Care Experts, you agree to these payment terms.

Customers are responsible for securing all pets before service begins.

ABC Lawn Care Experts is not responsible for escaped pets, unsecured animals, pet waste, pet toys, or damage to pet-related items left in the service area.

If animals are loose, aggressive, or create unsafe working conditions, service may be skipped, paused, rescheduled, or refused. Applicable cancellation, trip, or service fees may still apply.

ABC Lawn Care Experts is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden damage, fragile surfaces, unstable ground, buried items, unmarked hazards, underground utilities, irrigation systems, landscape lighting, decorations, hoses, toys, vehicles, loose objects, or items left in service areas.

Customers are responsible for notifying ABC Lawn Care Experts of any known hazards, fragile areas, underground systems, drainage concerns, property access issues, or special conditions before service begins.

ABC Lawn Care Experts may take before and after photos of the property for documentation, quality control, and dispute resolution purposes.

Any damage concern must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Claims reported after that time may be difficult to verify and may not be accepted.

Service availability depends on location, route scheduling, property access, and service type.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property. This includes unlocked gates, clear driveways, accessible work areas, and removal of obstacles before service.

Additional travel fees, minimum service fees, or adjusted pricing may apply for properties outside our standard service area or for locations requiring extra travel time, special access, or additional equipment.

By approving a quote, scheduling service, submitting payment, placing a card on file, accepting trailer delivery, or allowing work to begin, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to ABC Lawn Care Experts’ Service Policies & Terms.

These terms apply to all services provided by ABC Lawn Care Experts, including lawn maintenance, property cleanups, leaf mulching, junk removal, hauling, dumpster-style rentals, snow removal, salting, and any related services.

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a minimum $15 non-cancellation fee. This fee may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis if the operator is already en route, has arrived at the property, or if significant travel time or reserved scheduling time was involved.

If the operator is already en route or has arrived at the property, the full service minimum or trip fee may be charged.

Service dates may change due to rain, snow, saturated ground, extreme heat, unsafe conditions, or other weather-related delays.

We will communicate schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible and reschedule based on route availability and property conditions.

ABC Lawn Care Experts reserves the right to refuse, pause, reschedule, or discontinue service if a property is unsafe, inaccessible, improperly prepared, outside our service capabilities, or if customer behavior, non-payment, repeated cancellations, or misrepresentation of job conditions creates risk to our team, equipment, schedule, or business.

By approving service, the customer acknowledges that lawn care, cleanup, hauling, snow removal, and trailer rental services involve normal risks.

ABC Lawn Care Experts is not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects, unmarked hazards, buried items, underground utilities, irrigation, landscape lighting, fragile surfaces, pre-existing property damage, unstable ground, or items left in the service area.

Customers are responsible for notifying ABC Lawn Care Experts of any known hazards, access issues, fragile areas, or special property concerns before service begins.

By approving service, scheduling service, or allowing ABC Lawn Care Experts to begin work, the customer acknowledges and accepts that lawn care, property cleanup, hauling, snow removal, salting, and trailer rental services involve normal risks.

The customer agrees to remove obstacles, debris, pet waste, toys, hoses, decorations, vehicles, hidden objects, and other hazards from service areas before work begins.

ABC Lawn Care Experts is not responsible for damage to items left in service areas, hidden objects, unmarked hazards, underground utilities, irrigation, landscape lighting, fragile surfaces, pre-existing property damage, unstable ground, snow-covered obstacles, or conditions not disclosed before service.

The customer agrees to notify ABC Lawn Care Experts of any known hazards, access concerns, fragile areas, drainage issues, underground systems, or special property conditions before service begins.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ABC Lawn Care Experts’ liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

The customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify ABC Lawn Care Experts, its owners, employees, operators, subcontractors, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from undisclosed hazards, unsafe property conditions, prohibited materials, improper trailer loading, customer negligence, or items left in service areas.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change if property conditions, service scope, material volume, disposal costs, fuel costs, or access conditions change.
