To ensure a smooth and efficient service experience, we kindly ask that you prepare your property before each scheduled visit. Please ensure your lawn is free of dog waste, toys, and any other objects that may obstruct our work. We cannot be held responsible for damage to items left on the lawn during service.

If dog waste is found on the property and becomes stuck to our mowers, tires, blades, or the shoes of our lawn care professionals, a cleaning and equipment maintenance fee may be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we do not provide pet waste removal services.

Additionally, please ensure that all gates are fully unlocked and accessible prior to the time of service. Locked or inaccessible gates may result in incomplete service and could incur a missed visit fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who do not respect our team members or the integrity of our equipment. Your cooperation helps us provide safe, high-quality service, and is greatly appreciated.

Liability waiver:

By using ABC Lawn Care Experts you accept

• Services Provided
  
• ABC Lawn Care Experts agrees to provide lawn care services, including but not limited to mowing, string trimming, edging, leaf mulching and general lawn maintenance (the "Services"). Snow plowing and salting.
• Assumption of Risk
  
• The Customer acknowledges and understands that lawn care activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of sharp tools, equipment, and machinery that may cause injury, damage to property, or other hazards.
• The Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the Services provided by the Company.
• Release of Liability
  
• The Customer hereby releases, waives, and discharges ABC Lawn Care Experts, its owners, employees, agents, and subcontractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Customer or any third party, or to any property belonging to the Customer, whether caused by the negligence of the Company or otherwise, while receiving the Services.
• Indemnification
  
• The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ABC Lawn Care Experts, its owners, employees, agents, and subcontractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the Services provided by the Company, including but not limited to claims arising from the Customer's own negligence or the negligence of others.
• Limitation of Liability
  
• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, loss of income, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to the Services provided, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The Company's total liability to the Customer for any and all claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with this Waiver or the Services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer to the Company for the specific service provided.
• Customer Responsibilities
  
• The Customer agrees to remove any obstacles, debris, or hazards from the lawn area prior to the arrival of the Company's personnel.
• The Customer agrees to notify the Company of any specific conditions or concerns related to the lawn area that may affect the provision of the Services.
• Governing Law
  
• This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Services are provided.
• Severability
  
• If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
